•	Retain Customers by highlighting the value of Sky for commercial premises.
•	Drive Sky Ultimate penetration by highlighting upcoming content on Setanta Sports.
•	Improve awareness of the Sky Brand and the value it can add.

Objectives:
•	Use the campaign to highlight upcoming key content in to existing customers to get them to upgrade to Ultimate
•	To Influence customer buying decisions by using testimonials to reinforce the quality and value of the content being promoted
•	Convey the breadth of content on offer throughout 2009 in order to reduce the risk of churn

•	Café customers enjoy sports. With so much sport coming up, café customers can keep up to date in your venue
•	Sky Sports News will offer round the clock sports update including World Cup updates. Also, Sky Sports News is exclusive to Sky so this should be a key selling tool.

The Brief

Key Objectives:

•	These new prices mean you can have Sky from as little as £1 per day (cheaper then a magazine)
•	Customer can watch their favourite programmes whilst getting hair cut.
•	Sky Sports News will offer round the clock sports update including World Cup updates
•	(indirect objective) By taking Sky, not only can customers watch sports / Sky, it will encourage repeat visits and good word of mouth
•	Sky can offer a competitive advantage of non-Sky hairdressers

The chosen concept was a direct simple approach. Nice and clean.
