Can I make up answers to my own questions. Of course. It's your video. The questions provided are for guidance only. Can I order more photos and have them printed? Yes details of print options and retouching will be given on your film shoot day. Do I have to wear the makeup?  No. But we recommend you do to prevent the studio lighting from making you appear ‘washed out’. Can I bring my own makeup? Yes you can bring and apply your own makeup if you prefer. However, the cost of the experience will remain the same. Can I make a booking over the phone? No. All bookings must be made via the booking form only. Where do I go for the filming? Your photoshoot and film shoot will take place at the Suavehouse Ltd studio: Suavehouse Ltd, Gunnery House, 9 Gunnery Terrace, Royal Arsenal, London SE18 6SW. See ‘Contact Us’. How much editing is included in the Standard package? All Profile Videos include basic editing (sound effects, royalty free music and voice over recording). Profile Videos do not include a script or voice over artist. Additional editing requests may incur an additional charge. A quote will be provided where appropriate. How much time do I have after booking/payment to have my film/photo shoot? Your selected film shoot date must be within 120 days from the date of paid booking. Can I change my film shoot date? You can change your film shoot date without charge. However at least 3 days notice (before original film shoot date) must be given or a £25 administration charge will incur for an alternative film shoot date to be arranged. If your new film shoot date is more than 120 days from the date of original paid booking, full payment will apply. What if I’m late? A late arrival (over 45mins) will mean a cancellation of your film shoot date. A £25 administration charge will incur for an alternative film shoot date to be arranged. Can I have more than one video? Of course. Multiple Profile Video experiences may be purchased for self or as gifts. Can I do a video with another person(s)? Yes.
